The Story Behind The UNWRITTEN Conversation
Come sit with me for a while.
If we were together on a quiet weekend, sharing coffee at the kitchen table, I wouldn’t begin by telling you what I have accomplished.
I would ask how you are; how you really are.
I would wonder what has been keeping you awake at night. What you have been replaying in your mind. What you wish you had said, and what you have never felt safe enough to tell anyone.
I know what it feels like to carry a story quietly.
I know how shame can convince us to hide the parts of ourselves that most need kindness. How blame can keep us searching for who was wrong when our hearts are simply asking to be heard.
Sometimes we blame another person.
Sometimes we blame ourselves.
And sometimes we carry both for years.
The UNWRITTEN Conversation was created for those moments.
These journals will never tell you how you should feel. They will not rush you, judge you, or ask you to make your story easier for someone else to understand.
They are simply a private place to tell the truth, one question, one memory, and one honest conversation at a time.
Because before you tell your story to the world, there may be someone even more important who needs to hear it.
You.
You deserve to understand what happened to you.
You deserve to name what hurt.
You deserve to remember what mattered.
You deserve to release words you were never able to say.
And you deserve to discover that your story is not only about what you survived. It is also about the person you are becoming.
That is what I want The UNWRITTEN Conversation to offer you: a quiet place to meet yourself with honesty instead of shame, compassion instead of blame, and understanding instead of judgment.
You do not need the perfect words.
You only need a place to begin.
I’m glad you found your way here.
With love,
Laura
