Welcome to The UNWRITTEN Conversation. By visiting www.unwrittenjournal.ca or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

The UNWRITTEN Conversation journals are personal reflection and guided-writing tools. They are not medical advice, counselling, therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention or a substitute for professional care.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

Product Information​

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, photographs and colours accurately. Slight differences may occur because of printing, manufacturing processes or individual screen settings.

Product availability may change without notice.

Pricing and Payment​

Unless otherwise stated, prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Payments are securely processed by Wix Payments or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order because of product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or another reasonable business concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please review your products and delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Returns and damaged products

Journal sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or where a return or refund is required by law.

Intellectual property

All journal content, writing prompts, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, logos and website materials belonging to The UNWRITTEN Conversation are protected intellectual property.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, modified or used commercially without our written permission. Purchasing a journal does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
